Roberta Montesano

Roberta Montesano has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Roberta began their career in the film and television industry, where they served as a Production & Direction Assistant. In this role, they handled various tasks such as logistical management, assistant directing, recruitment, location research, and permit management. After their time in the entertainment industry, they transitioned to the e-commerce sector and worked as a Product Analyst at Privalia, where they were responsible for product descriptions, supplier relationships, and organization of product categories. Roberta then moved on to become a Traffic Manager at Media ADgo!, where they managed advertising campaigns. In 2019, Roberta joined Natexo as a Customer Success Manager, where they built and maintained relationships with customers, managed support channels, and optimized email campaigns. Roberta continued their customer success career at BizAway, where they also took on the role of Team Leader. Following this, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Selligent Marketing Cloud before joining Splio in 2023 in the same role. Throughout their career, Roberta has demonstrated their skills in project management, customer relationship management, and technical configuration.
