Ilana Bearman

Ilana Bearman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative and document control roles within the biotechnology and medical device industries. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at SpliSense Ltd., a company focused on developing novel therapies for genetic diseases, Ilana previously held the position of Document Control Specialist at Medisim Ltd., specializing in non-invasive thermometry. Additionally, Ilana worked at Brainsway in graphic design, contributing to the launch of innovative brain disorder treatment technologies, and at Biometrix, also as a Document Control Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Political Science, and Sociology from Bar Ilan University, along with a high school diploma from Gymnasia Rehavia and studies at Hadassah College Jerusalem.
