Split American Kitchen is a multi-unit, fast-casual restaurant that serves finger-licking real food with the aim of putting a smile on customers'​ faces at every visit.  Split is leading the way in the 'fine-fast'​ dining segment with food served in a casual setting that’s made from scratch using fine dining techniques and ingredients sourced locally.

The restaurant concept is one half of the Good Food Guys Hospitality Group, based in San Francisco. Split's sister restaurant, MIXT, is renowned for revolutionizing salads and sustainable restaurant operations. Good Food Guys, helmed by husband-wife team David and Leslie Silverglide, is incredibly passionate about bringing great food to as many people as possible while operating in a way that supports both employee development and environmental sustainability.
