Anna Alexander

Anna Alexander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, social innovation, and production management. Currently serving as Director and Co-Founder of Split Banana since October 2018, Anna focuses on providing students with creative tools for self-management and wellbeing. Previous roles include Teacher of Religious Studies at Teach First and Head of PSHRE at Lister Community School, alongside a position as Progressions and Engagement Officer at Fat Macy's. Anna's background also features a Social Innovation Fellowship at Year Here, where entrepreneurial approaches to social issues were cultivated. Additional experience includes innovation consultancy at Make Shift and various production assistant roles within the film industry, culminating in a position as Production Manager for a theatre project dedicated to mental health awareness. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Religious Studies from The University of Edinburgh.
