Roann Ghosh

Roann Ghosh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, mentorship, and innovation within various organizations. Currently serving as a Fractional Executive at Squadra and also providing coaching and advisory services at Hibi, Roann has contributed to startups such as Split Banana and Neureux, where the focus includes the development of the 'Scaler' program for executive growth. Previously, as the founder of Epiphany, Roann successfully raised over £1.2 million in funding to create social ventures and led initiatives such as the Paediatric Nutrition platform and the Supermom app. With a foundation in creative direction and content strategy from roles at Guardian News & Media and Serge London, as well as a background in broadcasting at ITN, Roann holds a BA in European Studies from the University of Bath.
