SplitSeed is a full-service writing, editing, and publishing strategy company serving authors, experts, and speakers. With a team approach to editing, we work with strong-platform and high-potential authors whose ideas can no longer be contained within themselves and are ready to bear fruit in the lives of others in the form of a book.

SplitSeed has a staff of two employees and a carefully curated team of writers, editors, and designers, many of whom have also worked for top-tier publishers and all of whom share the commitment to helping authors create top-quality, authentic, reader-centered books, no matter who they publish with or how many books they’ve published. Our services include book writing plans, publishing strategy, writing coaching, ghostwriting, manuscript reviews, manuscript editing, proofreading, book project management, and more.

Our clients (now over 200 bestselling, entrepreneurial, and first-time authors) have published with Penguin Random House, Hachette, Wiley, Eerdmans, Morgan James Publishing, and various self-publishing platforms.

We work best with authors who want to serve their readers well in our currently glutted literary marketplace, who are seeking to build long-term relationships with readers through their books and other services, who take a holistic view on work and life, and who believe doing good is good business (and vice versa).

We love to learn in any field, but our favorite topics are entrepreneurship, health & wellness, parenting, work/life balance, mind/body/spirit, and especially the unexpected intersections of different fields (such as neuroscience and business strategy). We also love compelling stories, so we have been known to edit (and place) select fiction.
