Phil Pastreich

Phil Pastreich is a legal leader specializing in payments and regulatory engagement. They served as Associate at Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers LLP from 2000 to 2002, and as Legal Counsel at The Kenmar Group from 1994 to 2000. Most recently, Phil held the position of SVP, Head of Regulatory Exam Management at Fiserv, where they led the enterprise-wide Regulatory Compliance Exam Management function. Additionally, Phil has contributed to First Data Corporation in various roles, including SVP, Associate General Counsel, managing a team to drive the $8B US merchant business. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management at Tulane University, along with an MBA and JD at Hofstra University.
