Roiy Phillips

Roiy Phillips is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Support and Gateway Operation at Splitit since January 2020, Roiy has previously held roles such as Team Lead Support Engineer and Senior Support Engineer. Prior to Splitit, Roiy was a Technical Account Manager at Protected Media, where responsibilities included data analysis using SQL and Excel, as well as leading customer technical onboarding. Roiy's earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Project Manager at Media Shakers Corp, a Campaign Manager at Magnet Development, and a Data Analyst at Game-On Interactive. Roiy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Public Communication from Bar-Ilan University and a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer certification in .NET Platform from Ness College.
