Assaf Bazar is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the fintech sector, currently serving as VP of Architecture & Data and VP of R&D at Splitit since September 2014. Bazar leads development and quality assurance efforts both in Israel and India, focusing on innovative payment solutions hosted on AWS while implementing modern development methodologies such as Agile and continuous integration. Prior to Splitit, Bazar was a System Architect at NCR Corporation, where responsibilities included designing complex retail business functionalities, and held leadership roles at Retalix managing development teams for enterprise retail products. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Information Systems from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
