Olga Shpak

Olga Shpak has been working in the legal field since 2018. Olga began as a Trainee at Vilgerts LLC, where they were responsible for preparing draft letters, requests and other documents, as well as searching for information and preparing a resume on the analysis results. Olga then moved to Danon Bel FLLC, where they were a Trainee and was responsible for the preparation of claims and a package of documents for submission to the court. In 2019, they began working at Ernst & Young Legal services LLC as an Assistant of Legal Counsel, where they were responsible for proofreading and editing of legal documents, as well as participating in the preparation of conclusions on various legal issues. Later in 2019, they were promoted to Legal Counsel and was responsible for participating in state registration of four commercial companies with foreign investments and legal due diligence of four companies, including one Russian company with colleagues from EY Russia. Currently, they are working as a Legal Counsel at both Arzinger Law Offices and SplitMetrics, where they are responsible for the preparation of conclusions on various legal issues.

Olga Shpak attended Belarusian State University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Law (Jurisprudence). Olga then attended Eclab in Belarus from 2019 to 2020.
