Olha Bulka has a diverse work experience in various roles related to sales operations, customer success, and data analysis. Olha currently works at SplitMetrics as a Sales and CX Operations Analyst and CRM Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Attendify by Hopin, where they held multiple roles, including Sales and CX Operations Analyst, Senior Customer Success Associate, Documentation Specialist, Customer Success Associate, Data Analyst, Leadgen Coordinator and Market Research Specialist, and Lead Generation Specialist. In these roles, Olha was responsible for optimizing sales and customer success processes, designing and developing dashboards and reports, managing sales automation tools, maintaining customer records and data integrity, driving product adoption, and generating leads among other responsibilities.

Olha Bulka attended Rivne Grammar School from 2002 to 2013, where they studied English Language and Literature, General. Following that, they pursued their higher education at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
