Sherman Tan

Sherman Tan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Lead and Talent/People Partner at Menyala since October 2022, while simultaneously working as an HR Business Partner for both Splore and Jovo.io. Sherman also contributes to seachange for HR by NewCampus as a member. Previously, roles at LemmaTree and Accenture included responsibilities as Talent Strategy Lead, focusing on employee value propositions and talent strategies for various clients, including a joint venture for a Thai bank and global social media companies. Experience at ROHEI Learning & Consulting involved management and consulting roles, driving revenue growth and leading client relationships across multiple sectors. Sherman holds dual degrees in Communications and New Media, as well as Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
