Hao Wang is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at splose since August 2018, Hao has also held positions as Lead Software Engineer and Software Engineer within the same company. Prior to this role, Hao operated as a freelance translator specializing in engineering documents from Chinese to English for the railway telecommunication sector. From March 2013 to January 2016, Hao worked as a Software Engineer at Haiyi Software Co., Ltd., focusing on back-end Java development, where responsibilities included implementing features for a high-traffic ticketing system and designing web services.
