Roberto Cardone has over 30 years of experience in the food and restaurant industry. ROBERTO is currently the CEO Director of Cucina Classica, where they specialize in manufacturing ready meal solutions, particularly Italian and plant-based foods. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director of Momentarily and the Director of Splose.com. Roberto also has an extensive background in founding and operating various restaurants, including CIBO Espresso, Cibo Ristorante, Scoozi Caffe Bar Rundle Street, Grimaldis Caffe, Caon's Restaurant, and Rigonis Bistro. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
Roberto Cardone completed their Year 12 education from Norwood High School between 1977 and 1982. Later, in 2011, they became a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. The field of study for both educational experiences is not specified.
