Allen Smith

Allen Smith began their work experience as an Executive Vice President at Trammel Crow Residential Services in 1987, where they managed the financial and operational performance of multiple properties and units. Allen then moved on to Equity Residential Properties Trust in 1995, taking on the role of Regional Vice President. In 2005, Smith joined Summit Housing Partners, LLC as an Executive Vice President until 2009. Allen is currently serving as the Executive Vice President at SPM, LLC, where they oversee company operations for a nationwide multifamily portfolio. Smith provides direction for various aspects of the company, including marketing, training, accounting, regulatory compliance, management information systems, and maintenance and construction initiatives.

Allen Smith attended Butler University from 1967 to 1971, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
