Phillip White

Phillip White is currently the Director of Facilities at SPM and manages all sales and operations for the North Region of Refrigerant Solutions, Inc. With a diverse background, Phillip has held various roles, including Maintenance Manager at Pilgrim's Pride Corp and Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy, where they managed personnel recruitment and conducted extensive training in security and emergency response. They also served as Director of Facilities for Autocar Trucks, overseeing safety and maintenance processes, and were previously involved in project management at Novo Nordisk. Phillip has earned a Master of Business Administration in Operational Excellence from Utah State University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at The University of Alabama.
