Allison Beach

Allison joined SPMB in 2016 to support Managing Partner Eamonn Tucker’s growing practice, and today she co-leads the firm’s enterprise GTM practice. Allison’s expertise spans infrastructure software, developer tools, health technology, big data/AI, and general SaaS. The majority of her search work focuses on CMO placements and #2s to CMO’s, but she also covers broader GTM roles to include CRO, VP Operations, and VP Business Development.

Allison has successfully executed over 50 VP & C-level placements across growth-phase, pre-IPO, and public companies. Her clients include Okta, GitHub, Smartsheet, Omada Health, SugarCRM, Redis Labs, and Venafi. In addition to her search work, Allison plays an active leadership role in SPMB’s DEI task force and also helps plan company events.

Allison graduated from San Francisco State with a BS in International Business, and while born and raised in San Diego, she now considers herself a Bay Area local. Outside of search, Allison loves traveling, seeing live music, yoga, and running the hills of San Francisco.
