Emily Leder

Emily Leder has extensive experience in executive search, currently serving as a Client Partner and Director in the Investment Practice at SPMB Executive Search since March 2021. In this role, Emily specializes in recruiting C-level executives and board members for growth-oriented startups and Fortune 500 companies across various industries, including technology and financial services. Prior to SPMB, Emily contributed as an Executive Search and Assessment Professional at Russell Reynolds Associates from January 2017 to March 2021, where the focus was on advising clients in attracting and retaining top executive talent. Earlier in the career, Emily served as a Recruiter in the Financial Services division at Korn Ferry from January 2015 to January 2017. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Emory University and attended Harvard-Westlake School.
