Nils Barry is currently an Analyst at SPMB Executive Search, a role held since September 2025, where the company specializes in recruiting leaders for organizations that have collectively achieved over $1 trillion in market value through IPOs and M&As. Nils has gained additional experience through summer internships at CIBC US and Fiduciary Financial Group, LLC, in 2024 and 2023 respectively.
