Paul Demay

Paul DeMay serves as the Head of Search Operations at SPMB Executive Search, a leading executive search firm in the technology market, since January 2022. Prior to this role, Paul DeMay spent over a decade at Spencer Stuart, holding multiple leadership positions including Global Talent Management Director for Leadership Advisory Services, where responsibilities included the development of global talent strategies and enhancement of organizational culture. Additional roles at Spencer Stuart encompassed oversight of talent management initiatives for associates in North America and strategic staffing for the North American Consumer Practice. Paul DeMay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Eastern Illinois University.
