Tess Olcott

Tess Olcott is an Associate in the Investment Practice at SPMB Executive Search since June 2021, specializing in recruiting C-level executives and board members for technology-driven startups and Fortune 500 companies. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Analyst and Analyst in the Investment Practice at the National Football League from July 2020 to January 2021, as well as working as a GSIS Support & Statistics QA. Tess also gained experience as a Production Intern at NFL Films in the summer of 2019. Tess holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Pitzer College, completed in 2020.
