Andy Sullivan has over 25 years of experience in customer support and product management, currently serving as Team Lead for Product Support at Spok since October 2012. Prior to that role, Andy held an internship as Manager of Support Services at Unified Office Systems for a brief period in 2012 and worked as a Customer Service Engineer at Cedar Point Communications from 2005 to January 2012. Early career experience includes positions as Project Manager and Customer Service representative at Excel Switching from 1998 to 1999, and in Customer Support at XNT Systems between 1995 and 1998. Andy is a graduate of Laconia High School.
