Technical Support Analyst

Derek Snow is a highly experienced technical support analyst with a robust background in IT and support roles. Currently at Spok since July 2014, Derek leverages extensive technical knowledge gained from previous positions, including a Helpdesk & Telecom Support Specialist at SourceMedia where recognition as "Employee of the Year" was achieved in 2013. Additionally, Derek has served as a Canopy Coach at Skydive The Ranch since March 2010, providing instruction to new skydivers on canopy control and safety. Previous experience includes senior technology support at Kroll, where support for multiple corporate offices was provided, and management roles in IT at Awards.com and Navisite. Education was completed at Haverhill High School with a diploma awarded in 1995.
