Ian Carmichael

Ian Carmichael serves as a Senior Technical Consultant at Spok since August 2015, where responsibilities include the installation and testing of Spok Messenger software and client coordination for successful Go Live events. Previously, Ian held the position of Post Acute Clinical Analyst at Grand View Hospital from August 2012 to August 2015, managing a $650,000 software implementation project and configuring over 100 mobile devices. Ian's experience also includes working as an Implementation Specialist at MEDITECH, where the focus was on EMR software implementation for Home Health and Hospice agencies and training clinicians. Prior to this, Ian contributed as a Non Destructive Testing Technician at JLM and an Evaluation Inspector in the United States Air Force, where technical assistance and equipment maintenance were key responsibilities. Ian holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Computer Security from Strayer University, among other educational credentials.
