Johnathon Lannerd

Johnathon Lannerd is an experienced TOC Engineer III at Spok, where responsibilities include network operations and software support in the medical field, specifically managing Linux-based servers for critical messaging in hospitals and public safety since June 2017. Previously, Johnathon served as an Application Management Professional at Freddie Mac, focusing on major incident governance and documentation, and as an ITIL Incident and Problem Manager at Blue Cross NC, where collaboration on major incident recoveries was key.
