Mike Packer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and public safety solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Practice Lead at Spok since October 1999, Mike guides a team of Project Managers and Implementation Consultants to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Previously, as a Senior Project Manager at Spok, Mike managed software implementations for both new customers and upgrade projects for existing clients. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Commtech Wireless, a division of Amcom Software, from 2008 to April 2014, where Mike successfully managed the implementation of messaging solutions. Education was obtained from the University of Minnesota.
