Jessica McCarthy is the Director of Client Services at SpokenLayer. Jessica has over four years of experience in Shark Tank Products & Retail Relationships, and has been with the company since February 2016.

Previously, Jessica worked directly with Daymond John, Founder & CEO of FUBU and Star of ABC’s 4-time Emmy Award winning business show Shark Tank. Her responsibilities included managing founder and other “Shark” investment relationships, strategizing on a per company basis, executing with cross-functional teams accordingly, leveraging our network to create new business opportunities, and collaborating with legal, accounting, and ABC/Sony.

Jessica was selected to oversee the Shark Tank investment portfolio and was responsible for increasing transparency and optimizing data centralization. Jessica also co-founded the sales division and was responsible for creating client facing materials, assimilating new workflows into related departments, engaging key stakeholders, and spearheading SalesForce implementation.

In their role as Manager of Shark Tank Products & Retail Relationships, Jessica decreased corporate gifting cost by 54% while maintaining quality by way of launching a tiered gifting structure, negotiating price, and streamlining submissions process. Jessica is also a two-time speaker at Daymond John’s Inner Circle Events.

Jessica McCarthy has a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Vermont. Jessica is certified in Absence and Leave Management, Benefits, and HCM from Workday.
