Sarah Dyer has been in the workforce for over 20 years. Sarah began their career in 1997 at Dell, where they held the roles of Global Project Manager and Bids and Contracts Specialist. In 2002, they moved to EBenX as an Analyst, and then to Dell Inc. in 2003 as a Product Manager. In 2006, they joined CDW as a Brand Manager for the HP Imaging and Printing Group. In 2009, they began freelancing as a Blogger for ModernMom, and in 2017 they returned to Spokin as a Content and Social Media Manager. In 2021, they were promoted to Head of Product and Engagement at Spokin.
Sarah Dyer obtained their MBA in International Marketing from the University of San Diego Knauss School of Business in 2002. Prior to that, they earned their BA in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University between 1994 and 1997.
