Spoko HUB - a global community of 3,800 changemakers across 30+ countries working to sustain civil society in Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia (CEECCA region).

Our mission is to sustain changemakers by creating space — physical, digital, and relational — that enables them to access resources, grow sustainably, define success on their own terms, and carry their impact forward.

The hub was created by changemakers for changemakers to address the real blocker of impact: not a lack of ideas, but the uncertainty and isolation of the people behind them.

We don't just host one-off workshops. We built ongoing infrastructure: daily Telegram knowledge streams, 7-week coworking cycles where changemakers work online alongside peers, quarterly offline meetups across Europe, and programs that get our members into major fundraising conferences they couldn't access alone.

We believe in a world where every changemaker, regardless of birthplace, passport, or country of residence, has the resources, networks, and confidence to turn ideas into lasting impact.
