Marte Ramborg

Marte Ramborg serves as the CEO of Spoon Agency since September 2021, overseeing operations across multiple offices within Spoon Group, which comprises 150 communicators. As a partner and board member at People People People since September 2020, Marte previously held the position of Byråleder at Spoon Norge from August 2016 to September 2021, and agency director at Spoon Publishing for a brief period in August 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at Tankesmien Agenda, marketing and communications director at Norwegian Air Ambulance, and press officer roles at both Norwegian Air Ambulance and Norwegian Red Cross. Marte's early career included journalistic work at Universitas. Educational qualifications include a Master of Management in Leadership and Strategy from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Oslo.
