Sr Account Manager LATAM at Spoonity

Alexa Salame has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2014 with an internship at Restaurante Puerto Madero. Alexa then moved on to Estrategia en Sistemas Administrativos S.A de C.V. in 2015 as an Administration Assistant, where they gained knowledge in administrative functions and Human Resources. In 2016, they took on a Professional Internship in HR Casual Dining at Alsea, where they were responsible for the Alsea Trainees Program, induction and implementation of the Accountability culture in casual restaurants, and dealing with suppliers. In 2017, they took on the role of Executive Assistant at Pan y Canela Restaurant, where they were responsible for planning the opening of the restaurant, from costing the dishes to setting menu prices and adapting the premises, as well as recruitment and selection of personnel. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at TouchBistro as a Customer Success Specialist and Mexico Team Lead, responsible for post sale follow up, installation of hardware, network management and tools training, and creation of training materials, videos, webinars and support guides. Most recently, in 2023, they began working at Spoonity Inc. as a Sr Account Manager LATAM.

Alexa Salame obtained their Licenciatura in Dirección de Restaurantes from Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Norte between 2013 and 2017. Alexa then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Business Restaurant Management in Cocina y Gastronomía, General from Le Cordon Bleu Mexico between 2015 and 2017.
