Max Bailey is the CEO and Co-Founder of Spoonity Inc., a company focused on enhancing customer engagement for restaurants and retailers. Prior to this role, Max co-founded Primer Business Solutions, specializing in custom software development, and served as Assistant Director at VerdaTech Inc., where they worked in energy management and consulting. Earlier in their career, Max was the President of Nexetech Corp, involved in the import and export of consumer electronics. Max holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University, completed in 2011.
