Founded in 2020, SpoonMoon is a heated fitness and wellness studio that unites the power of the physical body to move with the energetic magnetism of the soul.  Through heated cycle, HIIT {high intensity interval training}, LIIT {low impact interval training}, and meditation we offer a space that serves any fitness ability in a most inclusive way.  Our fitness professionals + front desk team are thoughtfully trained to provide modifications, encouragement, and a completely safe environment at all costs.  The option of multiple fitness modalities within our space allows for injury prevention, recovery, and surges based on how your body feels and what your brain desires.  We cultivate the essence of balance + wellness throughout our meditations, services, and events to provide more than just the best workout.  
 
 
Our membership community are individuals that have placed health as a priority while continuing to create alignment within their soul.  We believe that having a support system will only encourage success on multiple levels.  Our members are inspiring, courageous, and motivating because that is our culture.
