Arwin Berns

Arwin Berns is currently the Manager Operations E&I at SEW Energy, overseeing the operations and results of their department since 2025. They began their career as a telecom monteur while completing an MTS diploma and later worked in various roles in the electrical engineering field, including as a service monteur at Croon Elektrotechniek and project manager at De Keizer Marine Engineering. Arwin has also held managerial positions at several companies, demonstrating a strong background in project and contract management across multiple disciplines. They earned a degree in Technical Business Administration from Hogeschool van Amsterdam in 2016, further strengthening their professional expertise.
