Sport Commit was created to provide a better experience in workforce management at the events industry. Innovation and focus on the user experience are our differentials.  Our company was created when we detected a general dissatisfaction with the technological obsolescence of the solutions available for workforce management, generating an evident need for change. We have done a self-analysis of our own experience and we understood that we can contribute to improve this experience and propose an optimized, practical and modern solution to guarantee a good engagement of volunteers and other workforce teams during their event journey.

The main expertise of our professionals is the management of people in operations of major sporting events. By reviewing everything we have experienced in more than 20 events around the world, we believe there is still much to improve in this sector, as there are no appropriate systemic tools, designed by those who really experienced the day-to-day operation within an event.
