Sport Core Pilates (SCP) is a Pilates-led sports performance platform built for athletes and active individuals.
At SCP, Pilates is not approached as fitness, but as a foundational system for movement, control, and injury prevention—forming the base of how individuals train and perform.
SCP brings together Pilates, Physiotherapy, and Strength & Conditioning into a more structured and integrated approach to performance training.
The focus is simple:
Improve movement quality
Reduce injury risk
Support long-term performance
Built as a physical-first studio model, SCP is designed to evolve into a scalable performance ecosystem for individuals, academies, and sports communities.
