Joanna Deagle

Joanna Deagle is an Area Manager and the Environmental Sustainability Lead at Sported, where they oversee operations across five regions in South England, focusing on community sports initiatives. With over eight years of experience as a disability inclusion expert, Joanna has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director at CAFE: Centre for Access to Football in Europe, where they improved accessibility in international sports. Joanna is a passionate advocate for environmental sustainability and social inclusion, serving as a trustee of City Kids Surfing and a member of Surfing England's Inclusive Line Up Committee. They are a recent graduate of the Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies program at Cambridge Judge Business School and hold an Executive Master in Global Sport Governance, among other degrees.
