Laura Henshaw

Laura Henshaw is currently a Regional Support Officer at Sported. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Officer at Sport and Recreation Alliance from March 2020 to April 2022. In this role, Laura provided key research and insight to help Sport and Recreation Alliance generate increased revenues and provide enhanced services to the members, whilst also addressing organisational needs. Laura also supported members by accessing a variety of funds and providing resources to aid their work such as survey terminology. Additionally, Laura sat on the IWG steering group amongst 30 other senior sport figures, presenting regular key updates on the project.

Before working at Sport and Recreation Alliance, Laura was a Campcraft/Cabin Counselor at Camp Arcadia from June 2017 to August 2017. In this role, Laura was responsible for leading activities and providing support for campers aged 7-16.
