Natalie Pitman has a diverse background in youth development and dance education, with experience spanning over a decade. Starting as a Young Ambassador Intern at the Physical Literacy Programme For Schools, Natalie mentored young leaders and organized events. At the UDOIT! Dance Foundation, roles transitioned from Development Officer to Development Manager and Operations & Development Manager, focusing on program growth and staff development within the dance, sport, health, and education sectors. Currently serving as the National Delivery Officer at Sported, Natalie's commitment to inclusivity in dance is also demonstrated through extensive coaching at Funk Force Dance Group, where educational initiatives centered on hip hop dance styles are a priority.
