Dent Patrick is a former semi-pro rugby player who has transitioned into a prominent sports business leader and advocate for social change. Dent served as Secretary General for the Jaguars Men's RFC and later as the U18 Head Coach for the Botswana Rugby Union, where they focused on youth development and inclusivity. Currently, Dent works as a Leadership & Client Manager and Program Manager at SportInspired, driving leadership programs and fostering community engagement. Dent holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management and is pursuing a Master's degree in International Business at the University of Roehampton.
