Sports Plus aims to provide more opportunities for children, as well as adults, to partake in physical activities. Our delivery methods focus on increasing active participation of children, regardless of gender and athletic abilities, through simple and engaging activities. These fun-filled activities are also sessions to instill social skills such as friendship, teamwork, leadership qualities, confidence and discipline for everyone involved, thus creating a holistic development platform.
