Dan Evans

Dan Evans is an accomplished baseball professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Society for American Baseball Research (SABR) and a Mentor at Sports Management Worldwide, Dan has also contributed as a Broadcast Analyst for ESPN and as a Brand Ambassador for Sports Reference, LLC. As President of Athelytix and former Chief Operating Officer at Go The Distance Baseball LLC, Dan has been instrumental in advancing baseball analytics and enhancing the operations of The Field of Dreams Movie Site. Additionally, Dan has held leadership positions in local SABR chapters and contributed to community-focused initiatives such as This Is Iowa Ballpark, Inc. A DePaul University alumnus, Dan combines a rich background in baseball strategy and operations with a passion for mentoring and community engagement.
