Frederick Mark Payne

Frederick Mark Payne has a diverse work experience in research and development. Frederick Mark started their career at Pratt & Whitney in 1990 as a Branch Manager in R&D and worked there until 2005. From 2006 to 2007, they served as a Research Scientist at Cytyc Surgical Products. In 2007, they joined AirXpanders, Inc. and held various positions including Principal Engineer, R&D Manager, Director of R&D, and Senior Director of R&D until 2017. Following this, they worked at AirXpanders as the Vice President of Research and Development from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Research and Development at Spot On Sciences since November 2019.
