Founded by Mary Frances Coleman, an accomplished Attorney, C-Suite exec and award winning business strategist, SPOT On Strategic has one goal: to help your company scale.

Nearly all companies experience impediments to their success and those impediments typically fall into one of four categories.

Strategy - Although Founders seem to have goals for success, they rarely have strategies. Identifying the steps necessary to reach a goal and implementing those strategies through regular communications to the team is what we do. Driving and communicating the strategy helps companies keep everyone focused and working towards the goal.

People - People are the lifeblood of every organization. Their skills and creativity are what set companies apart, their limitations are what cause stagnation, and their ability to rise above, is what enables companies to achieve their full potential. We help you evaluate everything from roles to skills to structure to ensure your business and people are aligned.

Operations - The best people can be often be hampered by poorly defined, designed and implemented processes. Over time, processes that previously made sense have outgrown the current state of business only to slow progress down. We evaluate how work gets done and why it's done that way, to refine and rework processes and create systematic efficiencies.

Technology - Many times organizations will look to put new technology in place as a means to fix problems. That's in the wrong order! Companies must first tackle the Strategy, People and Operations foundation before determining which technology or system can best assist in growth. We help you evaluate your system needs, select the best systems for your business and successfully implement those systems to drive success.

Every client is unique, and faces specific sets of challenges inhibiting growth. We help you identify yours, understand your options, then tailor the appropriate actions to systematically achieve your goals.
