Jemma Leese

Jemma Leese is currently the Chief Operating Officer at SpotDev, where they develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals while overseeing financial management and team leadership. Previously, Jemma served as the Director of Services at The Everybody Smile More Group, where they enhanced customer experience and led change management initiatives. They have also held various positions related to digital marketing, including Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Executive at Tribal Group, where they implemented strategies for HubSpot and directed the company’s digital marketing efforts. Jemma completed a diploma in Digital Marketing from Cambridge Marketing College and holds A Levels in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Churston Ferrers Grammar.
