Karthik Rai

Karthik Rai is an associate at Trilegal specializing in technology law, with particular interests in constitutional law, tech policy, and jurisprudence. They have previously interned with various prestigious organizations, including the Chambers of Mr. Gopal Sankaranarayanan and the Centre for Communication Governance, where they engaged in extensive research on legal issues related to technology and privacy. Karthik has also contributed to drafting model data protection laws in collaboration with the UNDP and has gained experience in advising clients on fintech compliance and data protection readiness. They hold a B.A., LL.B (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University and completed their schooling in Bangalore.
