Shailesh Kumar

Shailesh Kumar has a strong background in business development and sales, with experience in various leadership roles. Shailesh currently works as a Growth Lead at SpotDraft. Previously, they worked at Bizongo as a Regional Sales Lead, where they were responsible for revenue generation and project management. Shailesh also worked as a Design Intelligence & Sales Manager at Bizongo, where they helped scale the business and led business development efforts across India. Prior to that, Shailesh worked at Encept Premedia Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Development Manager, where they achieved significant revenue growth and managed Fortune 500 accounts. Shailesh also held a role in Key Account Management at Encept Premedia Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, Shailesh worked at VizConn as a Founding Member and Marketing Manager, contributing to client acquisition and project management.

Shailesh Kumar completed their Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Velammal College of Engineering and Technology, affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, from 2010 to 2014. Before that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2008 to 2010, where they completed their High School education in Mathematics and Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including Marketing Mix Implementation Specialization and Strategic Management and Innovation Specialization from Coursera Course Certificates in December 2016 and February 2016 respectively. Shailesh also obtained a certification in Strategy and the Sustainable Enterprise from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in November 2015.
