Supin Prem

Supin Prem has a diverse work experience in the legal and contract management field. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Legal Process Specialist at Infosys, where they classified cases according to US laws and trained new employees. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Sr. Legal Specialist at NOVUS PROFESSIONALS LTD, managing teams, client interactions, and operational activities. At WNS Denali in 2017, they were a Senior Contract Analyst, responsible for contract drafting, negotiations, and vendor/supplier relationships. Later in 2017, they joined Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms as an Assistant Manager, primarily managing contract management services and drafting various agreements for clients. Supin then moved to SpotDraft in 2019, where they initially worked as a Manager in Legal Tech and later transitioned to the role of Sr. Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director in Legal Tech at SpotDraft since May 2023.

Supin Prem completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Govt Post-graduate College for Girls, Sector-11, from 2004 to 2007. Supin then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2007 and 2010. Finally, they attained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2016 to 2018.
