Lynette Morales

Lynette Morales is an accomplished engineering leader with a robust background in product strategy and strategic planning. As the Sr Director of Engineering at SpotHero from September 2020 to February 2025, Lynette excelled in multiple domains, including women’s leadership through roles such as Women ERG CoChair and Chair. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Software Engineering at GE Renewable Energy, where Lynette significantly enhanced team delivery efficiency, and as a Sr Manager at Allstate, managing large teams and driving the implementation of a self-service digital platform. Lynette's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Information Technology from DePaul University, where academic excellence was recognized with Summa Cum Laude honors. Additionally, Lynette has pursued advanced studies in Cloud Native Application Architecture and Engineering at Udacity.
