Marcus Hall

Marcus Hall has over 20 years of professional experience, beginning with their service in the US Navy from 1999 to 2005 as a Machinist Mate. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Project Expeditor for A.I. Friedman. Marcus then moved on to become a Purchasing and Inventory Manager at DXP Enterprises, Inc. from 2008 to 2012. After that, they joined Groupon as a Customer Support Manager, Team Lead, Customer Service Assistant Manager and Team Coach, and Customer Support from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they became the Director of Customer Support at CouponCabin.com, and they are currently a National Account Executive at SpotHero, a role they have held since 2017. Additionally, they have held the role of Senior Hero at SpotHero since 2022.

Marcus Hall attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Broadcast Management.
